GTIIT would like to rent 10 apartments for the faculty and staff due to the faculty accommodation needs. We now kindly invite the owners of hotels and apartments who meet the following requirements to participate in the bidding quotation.

¶þ¡¢¡¢ÏîÄ¿Ô¤Ëã(Project Estimation):

ÕбêÔ¤Ë㣺498,800 Ôª/Äê(º¬Ë°)

The expected maximum price for one year is 498,800 Tax Inclusive.

Èý¡¢¡¢ÏîÄ¿ÐèÇó (Project Requirements)£º

1. ×ÜÌåÒªÇó  General requirements

a) Ͷ±êÈËÐèÌṩ10¼ä¿Í·¿ÓÃÓÚÒ»Äêʱ¼äµÄ×âÁÞ£¬Ê±¼äΪ2019Äê9ÔÂ1ÈÕ×îÏÈ¡£¡£Í¬Ê±¿É¹©×⻧ѡÔñ¼ÌÐø×âÓÃÒ»Äê¡£¡£

The bidder will have 10 apartments available for rental on 1st September 2019 for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for another year.

b) ÖÁÉÙ2¼ä¿Í·¿´øÈý¸ö´²Î»ºÍÒ»¸ö¿ÍÌü

At least 2 apartments will have 3 bedrooms and a living room

c) ÖÁÉÙ8¼ä¿Í·¿´øÁ½¸ö´²Î»ºÍÒ»¸ö¿ÍÌü

At least 8 apartments will have 2 bedroom and a living room

d) ÿ¸ö¿Í·¿¶¼´øÎ÷ʽÎÀÉú¼äºÍÁÜÔ¡

Each apartment will have Western style toilet and a shower.

e) ÿ¸ö¿Í·¿¶¼´øÅäÓпªË®µçÈȺø

Each apartment will have a working hot water boiler

f) ¿Í·¿Ï໥֮¼äÏà¾àÐèÔÚ500Ã×ÄÚ

The apartments will be within 500m from each other.

g) ס´¦ÖÜΧÖÁÉÙ75Ã×ÄÚûÓÐÕýÔÚÊ©¹¤µÄÐÞ½¨¹¤µØ

There will be no construction work at least 75 meters from the apartments.

h) ÄÜÌṩ24СʱӦ¼±·þÎñ

24/7 service for emergencies will be available.

If there is no elevator in the buildings, the apartments will not be higher than 4th floor

The apartments need to be in good physical condition

The bidder should provide maintenance service to the apartments within 48 hours of service call, the fee for that service will be included within the bid offer.

The apartments will be no further than 4 KM by road from GTIIT main campus

The apartments will be no further than 600 m from a bus line leading to GTIIT campus

3. ¿Í·¿ÅäÌ×ÉèÊ© Furnishing:

k) Ï´Ò»ú Washing Machine

Bidders are required to specify the conditions/details of their own apartments respectively according to our requirements. Items should be marked with ¡°satisfied¡± if meeting the requirements, otherwise please indicate the actual situations. Also list the payment and service. We will select the successful bidder according to the bidding price of each bidder and the apartments situation.

Deadline and place for submission: interested bidders are requested to submit their tenders to GTIIT A545, Purchasing Department before 12:00 on April 18, 2019. The tender documents delivered after the bid deadline will be rejected. If there are less than three bidders, this project will be an abandoned tender according to law.
