This position belongs to the Admissions Office, with primary responsibilities for collecting, processing, and analyzing admissions data to provide data support for admissions decision-making.

lResponsibilities

1.?Responsible for the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of admissions data to support decision-making in admissions.

2.?Conduct various quantitative and qualitative data analysis studies based on work requirements, delivering analysis reports and proposals.

3.?Monitor and evaluate market trends in a timely manner, offering improvement measures and optimization suggestions for admissions policies.

4.?Collaborate across departments, supporting the admissions team by providing data support and decision-making recommendations based on specific needs.

5.?Complete other related tasks assigned by leadership.

lJob Requirements

1.?Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or Python, with the ability to perform data visualization.

2.?Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with fluent communication abilities; able to write English meeting minutes.

3.?Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to independently complete data collection, processing, and analysis tasks.

4.?Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and accustomed to thorough checking.

5.?Strong stress tolerance, teamwork spirit, and willingness to work overtime and travel if needed.

lPosition Requirements

1.?Educational background: Master¡¯s degree or higher from a reputable domestic or international university; preferred background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science, or related engineering fields.

2.?Work experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
