Tender beef kebabs, soft pita bread, crispy falafel, refreshing salad... In the recent "Israeli Food Festival" held in Guangdong Technion ¨C Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT), well-prepared Israeli food were presented to teachers and students, bringing a variety of wonderful tastes.

At lunchtime, the booths of Israeli food at the North and South campuses were crowded with food lovers. Once entering the mouth, the food brought rich delicious flavours. A student at site said it was his first time trying Israeli food and it "felt very new, with varied mix". 

In a warm atmosphere, GTIIT teachers patiently shared food matching skills and led the students to obtain authentic eating tips.

As a country with a long history and diverse cultures, Israeli cuisine combines flavors from many regions and has evolved over the years into unique diet style.

The "warm-up" session of the food festival is also wonderful. A number of teachers gathered together and made delicious Israeli food using fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, onions and aubergine.

The engaging "Israeli Food Festival" not only brings a range of flavors, but also injects vitality into an open and warm campus dining environment.
