Guangdong Technion Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) in Shantou, Guangdong Province, is looking for an experienced Ph.D. in Biotechnology or Biology to manage a core facility unit and provide high-end professional services to faculty members in order to support their research.

The senior manager shall establish and run a new core facility unit providing services to researchers. The unit includes a large variety of imaging and analysis instruments including confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, liquid chromatography, light scattering, gel imaging, FTIR, RT-PCR, DSC, a tissue culture lab and a histology unit. In addition, the facility accommodates research supporting equipment including ultra-centrifuge, lyophilizer, autoclave etc.

The main duties include:
主要职责包括：
1.??????Establish training program for all the unit instruments and train new users.
建设所有仪器的培训妄想，并且培训新用户
2.??????Perform market research and purchase new instruments for the unit based on research needs.
举行市场研究，凭证研究需要为单位购置新仪器
3.??????Write operation manuals, methods and protocols of the instruments for the users.
为用户编写仪器的操作手册、、要领等
4.??????Supervise the work of the users to ensure proper usage and reliable results.
指导用户在实验室内的操作，确保准确的使用和可靠的效果
5.??????Manage the unit management software (Bookitlab) including control of: user registration, instrument reservations, training records etc.
维护实验室治理软件（Bookitlab），包括治理用户注册、、仪器预订、、培训纪录等
6.??????Assist the users with optimization of instrument use, data collection and data analysis.
协助用户优化仪器使用、、数据网络和数据剖析
7.??????Keep the unit operational: maintenance, reagent and disposables inventory, spare part inventory
包管装备的正常运行：日常维护、、检查试剂和一次性用品库存、、备件库存等。。
8.??????Recruit and supervise a team of research field specialists.

9.??????Bill the users according to the faculty policy.

10.??Participate in research projects carried out by faculty members.

1.??????Ph.D. degree in biotechnology, biology, biomedical engineering or other relevant program.
拥有生物手艺、、生物学、、生物医学工程或其他相关专业的博士学位
2.??????Experience in working with biological technologies, including fluorescence and?confocal microscopy, flow cytometry and sorting, genomics, mass spectrometry.

3.??????Ability of solving technical problems and self-learning.
